Nowadays, the heat transfer enhancement in electronic cabinets with heat-generating elements can be achieved using phase change materials and finned sink. The latter allows to improve energy transference surface augment cooling effects for sources. present research deals numerical analysis of material behavior an cabinet energy-generating element.
